ur goal is to make sure every customer enjoys their Lazy Cakes exactly as intended. Because our products are consumable and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

 

However, if your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.

1. no returns on consumable products

All Lazy Cakes and treats are made fresh in small batches. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned items under any circumstances.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

2. damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix the issue quickly.

Send a clear photo of the damage to:

Once we receive the photo, our team will review it and issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. refund eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

The product arrives damaged, or

The product is incorrect due to our error.

We do not offer refunds for:

Taste preference

Change of mind

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Items left outside, melted, stolen, or not retrieved in a timely manner

Approved refunds will be returned to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
